"When I saw the bad reviews I turned to my wife and said, "this isn't going to be good". Boy was I pleasantly surprised. I called to check on a shipment and get an approximate shipment window and if they could add my phone number to the order and have the driver call me on his way. Adria took care of all my requests and was very informative and kind along the way. The driver even called me earlier in the day of delivery to make sure everything was correct. I had a shipment come a week later and sure enough, Adria called me ahead of time to check on the inbound shipment again. It was way easier working this Roadrunner location that the Fedex locations I have dealt with in the past. Thank you Adria and thank you Roadrunner driver for the great customer service!"

"First, I received my car exactly when they said it would be delivered. Condition was like it was supposed to be in. The driver, clearly a local contracted shipper, but he was very nice and unloaded the car perfectly. Is the Roadrunner set up questionable, yes. The national thing is cool, but your system sucks. The up selling pisses me off. The shipment could be better and the constant emails from EVERYONE in the company is annoying. But, they delt with the dealer 100% perfect. Did not damage my car. A little pricey, but I got what I paid for, my car delivered on time and not damaged. What else can you ask for?"
