"You get what you pay for. Considering that most transportation services will cost you an obscene amount of money without insurance that covers it, this is good value. It's around 5 dollars before covid and currently free due to the pandemic. However if your insurance or doctor's office does provide none emergency transport I highly recommend using it instead. Keep in mind that you will have to stand outside your house. They will not knock on your door and you can get a strike against you if you don't answer the phone, enough strikes and you could be getting banned from service. Often they will honk their horn very loudly creating somewhat of a public disturbance so realistically this shouldn't be too much of a problem unless you're deaf. Other services such as those by insurances will knock on your door and you will get the luxury of not standing out in the rain or heat. Yesterday they were closed on the same day as an appointment I had and wasn't able to notify me. Meaning that I did not have the time in advance to reschedule my appointment and had to get a friend to take me there. They have both my phone number and my email address to freely contact me. The lady on the phone was very rude dismissive, the only thing she was able to tell me was that "we don't handle these types of calls until 2" and that all she could do would be apologize. I'm very annoyed but again you get what you pay or don't pay for. She claimed that she didn't have yesterday's appointment on file until yesterday when I sent a second copy, I sent my first copy over a month ago."
