"Honestly used to love coming to this UPS. but today I do not, maybe have employees do their job instead of pointing to the self kiosk station when they aren’t helping ANYONE. When you have a bunch of returns the kiosk is overwhelming and confusing, when someone doesn’t want to go to the kiosk you should be able to help. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced at UPS."

"Great place. The owner came out to assist when a line was forming. I unexpectedly needed a box to send back a return. He got an extra one from the back for me, free of charge. I didn’t have any tape, so he also taped it up for me also free of charge and then assisted me in my return. Great customer service, I was very thankful for his kindness when he could have just tried to make a couple extra dollars."
