"I took my package to this location to be posted after I securely sealed it. I paid 3 days delivery service. 5 days later I got email saying that my package was delayed. Then come to find out that the driver has done something to my package to get it broken and all the contents were some how lost. They threw the items away and sait damaged. When I contacted the store owner all he said was they can only partially refund you plus the shipping fees. After the claim was was filed it came back declined bcz not their fault. Just waiting for the second claim before going on the small claim court"

"After a package was marked as not being deliverable when I was home I just opted to have it placed at a pick up location but somehow this has gone from a small delay to a very long one I live just down the street and I understand it’s a busy time of the year but if you claimed you could get my package to my home the next morning I am still trying to understand why it then takes a week to just drop it off at a pickup location minutes away. It has just been picked up and dropped off at the fedex facility over and over now."

"Order said delivery on the 18th which was Saturday now its 20th and still no delivery because the driver never delivered package but delivered across the street while im looking at him in truck with a rider claims i wasn't home but we never left all day waiting on package while sitting in my living room this is not professional not as a worker nor a company comcast would have fired them for falsely stating that he even came to door period."
