Moreover, his continuous communication throughout the delivery process, from the moment he arrived until the completion of the delivery, was greatly appreciated. "What this company does is the shipper has the product secured to a pallet properly, r and l take it back to the terminal and removes it from the pallet and stacks it on and with other freight to cube out the trailer, then once it gets to the destination terminal they put it on a pallet and do their best to make it look like it was that way originally but what happens that freight has been handled multiple times and the damage is done. R and l make their drivers lie and try to cover up this damage, rich the terminal manager is never to be trusted especially around a donut"

"Just had my first delivery from them to my business. The driver and the service was terrible. I called the new company we work with and they won't use this carrier again to ship to me. Edit after owner response: The driver was unprofessional. Belly hanging out of his shirt and zipper of his pants down. He had a lift gate and requested a hi-lo. I had a palette jack and he said if he puts the lift gate down I would have to pay $50.00. I understand places charge for it but in 25 years of doing this I have never had a driver pull up with a lift gate and not put it down, then try to get money out of me on premise. I ended up having to break down the pallet on the edge of the truck and bringing the boxes down to my rolling cart. One was out of reach and he just watched me struggling to get it and didn't lift a finger to even remotely help me. Basically look though all these reviews and the number one thing is your drivers. I am not going off to another website for you to help remedy the situation because no longer using your company is the best remedy for me at this point."

We hear the beeping from the trucks all time of day and night, INSIDE our house with all the windows closed. Please reply with how I can contact someone to kindly discuss, and I will remove this review after. I tried using the website and could not find an appropriate contact form. thank you!"

"Asked for a terminal pickup, was told that it was already on the truck for delivery tomorrow so they couldn’t do that. Skid never shows up so I call and they give a big attitude because I requested dock pickup. This place is a mess"
