"The Orkin gentleman arrived at my home for the second visit. He was polite, humorous, and very thorough. I really appreciate the help we’ve had from Orkin. Our sightings of mice in the home have gone to zero! Thank you Orkin."

"Tech was an hour late but it was fine because he did call and let us know. Not a huge deal. When he did arrive, You could visibly tell he was very frustrated to work a holiday week. I tried small talking, he was NOT having it. When I opened the door he actually didn’t say anything- just waited for me to tell him what to do. I just said kill everything so truly no clue what was done. I let him know of some mouse droppings and he said he gave his mouse stuff to the last house (this was the main reason we called orkin in the first place). This was frustrating. This is a secondary home and we are only there a few weekends a month so the indoor/outdoor visit was critical. Overall we’ve used orkin at other homes and have had good experiences I just think it was a wonky weekend between Christmas and new years."

"Been getting bed bug service from orkin. I spent hours preparing my house, and after 2 sessions of spraying, I still see bed bugs. I've been calling for an hour and no one is answering the phone. They are supposed to be open 24 hours. If your hours are 8-5, then you shouldn't post that you're open 24 hours. And i couldn't get thru all day Sunday. If i call the main office, then all they can do is relay a message. Orkin does not have very good customer service. Next time, I'm calling terminex. They have better ratings anyways. And $1500 to spend 20 minutes spraying 2 rooms with a $50 chemical is outrageous especially since I have to do all the prep work myself."

"Incredibly happy with the service that we received both when we called and when they came out. Also incredibly happy with how detailed she was explaining and answer any questions. She was kind and incredibly professional covering all areas as well as listening to make sure she covered it all. She was on time and then took her time and covered everything thoroughly while taking in consideration of our child and animals which was incredibly appreciated. They made it feel very comfortable and incredibly professional. Definitely will use Orkin if we ever need an exterminator again! Very highly recommend them!"
