"Honestly the WORST customer service, caseworkers and receptionist have NO idea what they are doing. Receptionist always has a “I hate my job” tone and cocks an attitude as if I inconvenienced her that I called."

"What a joke. I am all for taking care of my end of things when me and my other split. But how in the hell do they think they can make a decent placement plan in 4 days with no mediation. Then to top it off they don't get a average of pay to determine payments, they use the single highest check I have been paid and think every check is like that. They were all for equitable until me and my other half split then their attitude changed completely. Probably one of the least professional organizations that I have had to deal with. If you have the ability to work with a different Child Support Agancy anywhere in the state do it."

"This office is extremely disgraceful. They filed for a child support review since my son's father is on state assistance but only listed 1 of our children on the court documents when they clearly know there r 2 children involved. All they care about it their interests not the children interest."

"They are so SO rude. The lady i talked to had a huge attitude, like answering the phone was super inconvenient to her. I asked for documents i needed for my apartment, and she says "you KNOW we dont do that here" Do i? Did i KNOW you didnt do that? No. Else i wouldnt have called. They are completely useless. Rude. And inconsiderate. Such a bad experience, im switching to Michigans child support system."
