"I rented a bouncy house / slide combo for my wedding in Marquette a few months ago. Despite looking to reserve several months in advance, no other local rental places had bouncy houses left, so I was thankful to find someplace that had what I was looking for. Wedding planning and the details were getting to be a lot the last week and Bosk was kind enough to schedule a last-minute delivery so we didn't have to make the drive to get it picked up on the wedding day. The bouncy house was the highlight of the event! Everyone enjoyed it, young and old. I was so happy they were able to help us and bring something special to our big day!"

"The excavator I reserved was to have a 2 ft bucket and a long reach. The one I got had a standard reach and 18 inch bucket. I rented this for 40 hours. The machine broke twice. First a hose was installed wrong and ruptured, I replaced it and lost time. Then the thumb ram fell apart, which the mechanic that was there when I returned machine stated the owner was told it was bout to fail and he send send it out, do we can charge the customer. In the end I am told I will get my money back for the hose and oil. But the 11 hours I didn't get to use because their equipment is junk is just my problem. Stay away the owner is a boxerline thief and the sales staff has no clue as to what they are doing."

"Avoid this business as it is my opinion that they are unscrupulous. I have rented a mini-excavtor from them before years ago with no issues, but my last experience with them a week ago was beyond awful. First they messed up my reservation as I told them I wanted a machine with a two foot bucket, but thy held a model with a one foot bucket, so there was a delay when I picked it up and they charged me extra for their mistake. The machine I ended up with was in terrible condition with dents all over it and the hoses were all torn up, cracked and chipped. They never did give me any instructions on how to run it either. When I got it to the job site it wouldn't start consistently and after running it for a few minutes, I noticed hydraulic fluid leaking from it, so I loaded it back up and headed back to Bosk. It was outrageous that they blamed the problems on me and charged me over $80 on my credit card to fix it despite my complaints to the manager and me showing them the photos I took of the damage before I even took the machine. I then had more problems with it as it did not have much power and could not pull even small stumps. I ended up not even being able to compete my projects and returned it. On the way back the trailer brakes on the trailer failed and naturally they tried to blame me for that too, but I had frozen my credit card so they could not charge me for that or anything else too. I'm going to do a charge back on my credit card for the rip off they tried to pull on me. I'd give them less than one star, but that is the lowest rating allowed."

"I am satisfied with my experience. They had everything ready to go when I arrived. The only complaint is the tent set I rented was missing a piece but they were more than willing to deliver the missing piece instead of me having to drive all of the way back to pick it up."
