"They are terrible. Nosy neighbors who frequently listen at residents doors to private conversations, ants in nearly every apartment which they do NOTHING about, funds are NOT used to make needed improvements, appliances are recycled over and over until they break..some have become fire hazards... certain residents seem to get harassed more than others....seems to be religious intolerance....this place needs new oversight badly."
