When my dad called, the person on the phone was not professional at all and took him in circles, saying that she couldn't tell him anything because she didn't know who he was. He explained he was the husband of the patient he called about and she still wouldn't say anything because apparently people call and scam information about rides for people they don't know. Go figure. I think we should just stick with 5-Star Medical Transportation. We've ridden with them and the people are friendly, professional and most importantly, THEY'RE ALWAYS ON TIME!!!!!!!!"
