"I went to pakmail around noon and the lady at the counter was super enthusiastic. I wanted to deliver a couple packages here because the post office was closed on presidents day. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and promptly took care of my return package for me in less than 30 seconds. She really acted like she loved her job even though she was the only one there and working on a holiday no less. She was amazing. Somebody give her a raise."

"Better to ship directly from the post office, FedEx or UPS store. This Pak Mail Battle Creek business charges a surcharge and packages reach destinations in about the same time or even longer times. The customer service was efficient though."

"The lady that works here is extremely rude, every time that I’ve tried to give her business she always looks for reason to send me elsewhere. The most recent example, I called with 10 minutes before they were getting ready to close, I was going to be there right on time, but walking in I may be 30 seconds late, I asked her if that would be OK, and she said absolutely not. They will close the door exactly at 6:00pm and not allow customers to come in. When you are in business, you go out of your way, go above and beyond for customers, and this is the most recent example of somebody that is not wanting or willing to help the customer. I don’t know if she was in that big of a rush to leave, had a bad day, or was just done with work for the day, but if I owned this business this is not who I would want representing my business. Not willing keep the door open for 1 minute (60 SECONDS) after closing for an item that already has a shipping label on it that I’m JUST DROPPING OFF. Very rude, do not recommend, 1 star is more than she deserves. Go elsewhere, UPS store on Beckley is cheaper and stays open later, go there."
