"Gene really went above and beyond during my recent visit. From the time I bought the tires online to driving away with 4 new tires installed was less than 2 hours, which is incredible. I will be back and look forward to doing business in the future!"

"Upon entering the store, there was a long but not a single employee made any effort to greet anyone or explain the wait. I approached the nearest representative and explained my tire issue, hoping to receive some guidance or advice on resolving it, but Discount Tire failed to create a positive customer experience, not only by their reluctance to help, but also by their complete disregard for basic customer service principles. Regardless of the reason for my visit, I expected their representatives to at least offer some level of support or guidance. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and I left without any resolution or even a sense of hope for resolving my tire issue, as well as any desire to come back. I went to their competitor next door and was greeted fondly and helped right away. As a result of this profoundly negative encounter, I will not be returning to Discount Tire and will actively discourage family, friends, and acquaintances from patronizing this establishment. Their unwillingness to assist customers and lack of basic customer service skills are unacceptable in any retail setting."

"I went to another discount tire location when I had a hole in my tire with my baby and they told me they couldn't help because they didn't have time. I begged for help and was still turned down. I called this location, explained what happened at the other store and how they wouldn't help a mother and baby with a hole in the tire because they didn't have time. This man, Eugen, told me to come to their store right away and that he would stay late and personally take care of my tire to make sure we were safe. That is literally the best customer service. 100% quality and genuinely cared about my situation. He literally deserves praise. No other place would help me this late, and he didn't refuse me. I'm beyond grateful and blessed that he cared enough for a woman and child he didn't know. I will be calling corporate to tell them about their quality employee."

"Honestly, been to this location multiple times and every time they do such great work and pay attention to every detail while working on your car and a big shout out to Darryl he didn’t amazing job with my truck while I got work done!"

"Extremely satisfied with the new Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires I purchased at Discount Tire. I had a big issue with my old Michelin Pilot A/S tires I purchased here a few years ago. All 4 tires were badly dry rotted. Not Discount Tire's fault, but Michelin's. When I brought this up to the service rep, he informed me that these tires could and would be refunded. He credited me the full amount I paid for the bad Michelin tires ($900) and I was able to purchase the new Cross Climate tires. Discount Tire honored Michelin's warranty and I am very happy that they did. They also did a great job installing and balancing these new tires. Now, I feel safe driving and know that these Cross Climate 2 tires will get me through snow and wet streets while riding in comfort. Thanks, Discount Tire for honoring Michelin's warranty and installing my new Cross Climate 2 tires."
