"This is all based on my experience: Maintenance is awesome here! They responded to my requests in a timely manner and actually fully fixed the issues that came up. When something broke, they just fixed it without hassle or additional fees. (I had a top corner apartment) The apartment itself is a great size. It’s an open concept which makes it feel breathable. In the master bedroom I was able to have a queen size bed, large dresser, and a full home work area. The second bedroom was able to fit two twin beds plus more furniture. Both bathrooms are full and very spacious. This apartment also offers plenty of outlets, and cabinets and closets. The kitchen is a wonderful size for at home cooks! A lot of counter space. Downsides I experienced: The shared walls are thinner than I would have liked. I did hear my neighbors from time to time. Also, the recycling bin would get filled too often which causes weekly over flow. Lastly, I want to touch on the location. Super convenient if you want to be in walking distance to downtown or the trail located behind the complexes. I would recommend living here! P.s a massive shoutout to Willie & Dave for all your hard work and labor that you’ve put in!"

"Maintenance has switched over. The new guy is not as personable. There are issues that the ADRC and ADA would find of interest. Very disappointing when my clients have to deal with such nonsense because someone is to lazy and arrogant to care about the tenants."
