"I deleased from this company back in January and was supposed to get my bond back by 3-6-23. When it didn’t happen, I contacted them and they said I had an open claim on a trailer I had delivered back in November of 2022. Once the claim was settled, I would get what was left of my money. I guess there wasn’t anything left because I still haven’t received anything! I’ve sent several emails and I can’t ever get an answer back on this issue. Never really had any problems while working for the company but just a heads up if you decide to quit."

"I worked for Pinnacle for about 7 years, left for a while to work for a couple other companies and made my way back. As a driver I think we'll find something we don't like at every company. The upside of pinnacle (compared to other companies) is, there's always someone to talk to that's focused on correcting our problems. I've had several personal encounters with the owner and he's helped me in many different circumstances, my pays good and my dispatcher, Misti Dennis, is top of the line!!! What more could a guy ask for???"

"I have never worked for a place like Pinnacle. A place where the owner will take time to listen to you, both driver and employee alike. Very family orientated and pet friendly. Other reviews have stated incompetent management. My experience with the management team have been challenging but supportive non the less. They invest in their employees and drivers, encourage growth and give you the tools to empower you. I suppose that means Pinnacle is not for everyone. Pinnacle actually wants employees who strive to do their best. It is definitely not a place for those who do not wish to work or put effort into their job."
