"It's just another racist establishment. Be prepared to be kicked out of the store for the color of your skin and escorted out by the police who even find their practices questionable and feel awkward knowing they have no choice but to play a part In it. Otherwise a huge improvement over their old store that they moved location from."

"Poor customer service. I was looking for a certain hoodie. Online it said they had 20 in stock. I asked 3 employees if they could look the sku up to see if it was in fact at the store. All 3 said no and that they couldn't do that. So I went down to the Fenton location who had 11 in stock. They were able to look it up in there system no problem. Seem like people are just lazy nowadays."

"It's a Dunham's. I bought a pistol and some ammo which were both fine. Customer Service was fine, and friendly. Plenty of choices for those looking to find hunting gear or such. Over all a good store."

"I went to this Dunham’s store today to find life preservers and also look at kayaks. There was not anyone in the store walking around to assist you with your purchase. I located the life preservers that I wanted and bought those and checked out. The store associate was very friendly and helpful. Bi went back to my car and realised that I wanted something else and came back in the store. I found the items by myself and went to check out and saw the same store associate. I said something to him like, “we’re back” and he walked right by us and did not say a word. I said, “I thought you were going to wait on us again.” To that, the associate said nothing. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the person in front of us to get checked out as three other associates walked aimlessly around the store whilst the line to check out grew longer. Turns out that the cashier forgot to take all the electric devices off the people’s clothes in front of us so they had to come back in the store. Every associate should be “at the ready” to jump on a line to cash people out if the lines are long. That’s ridiculous!"
