"I purchased a tourmax pitching wedge for my son for Christmas. Finally tried it out and the head broke off. I took it back and was told it was past 60 days & they wouldn't do anything. Poor customer service. Wouldn't even give store credit or offer any help to get it replaced. Now I see why the store was empty."

"(October 1st, 2023 around 6pm) Bought some clothes a week ago. They didn't fit. Called about how to return since I didn't have the receipt. Lady on the phone says "no problem, bring it back we'll still return" so I make the drive and when I get there they finally decide to inform me that they won't do the return, won't give me instore credit but instead only have the option to swap it out for other things at a LESSER value. I sent $15 per item of clothing but now they're telling me that each item is only worth $12.50 and thats all ill get back. They're telling me I have to essentially pay them to take their product back and resell it for full price again? It's 2023 you have the capability to look at past credit card transactions. You're just too lazy and behind the times. This place has slowly been going out of business for years. Sooner the better. The girl working the register at this time needs to gain some knowledge about her job and gain some customer service skills . If I wanted to work with a robot and ask for a Manger every 2 minutes to approve things ill go to Walmart self checkout instead."

"The store is HUGE, unbelievable selection and amazingly organized. I was in today and Aidan helped me with 2 snowmobile trail permits and he was great. He was kind, helpful and efficient."
