"Excellent customer service, error free and excellent service technicians. Usually go above and beyond for great service, appoint times can be fickle, I have had to wait longer than informed. I usually double their time, which usually works out pretty close to the actual time frame. Very busy shop, lots of things going on. Very understandable. I've done shop work before, these guys are really efficient and work really hard. Very demanding and lots of physical work. Anyone making it a real complaint just don't appreciate how hard these guys really work. You guys do great work."

We got told it should be no more than 30 minutes and had cancel with a customer because of them. They are making our business look bad because of their business.
