"I’ve been a customer with the LeAndra Champnella since 2013 for my home insurance and some of the time for my Auto Insurance. They used have good customer service back then. However, now they are the worst Allstate office. I signed up with them for my auto insurance on August 26, 2020 and paid premium in full. Four days later I got billed $264. I called them and asked why, and the main agent Amanda who works there and answers most of the calls said that I missed submitting the document which I did submit and requested that she take a closer look. She verified that it was there and promised me that I will get a full refund within few days. Long story short it has been 6 months and I never received anything and I started incurring late fees since she told me not to pay the balance until it’s fixed, and they deducted that amount through the Easy pay she setup. I was following up with her and every time I call, Amanda tells me that they are waiting on the underwriters to approve refund. I called over 15 times through the past 6 month and every time she tells me the same story except she started telling me that she will fix it manually which never happened. On top of all that she never calls back. I guess to try to avoid solving my issue, on four occasions Amanda told me that she’s helping another customer and that she would call me back by the end of the day which she never does."

"Watch your rates go up 30% after one year with no explanation other than we reevaluated your policy. They also overcharged $335 for auto insurance which they pulled directly out of my bank. I had to track them down to find out why and found that they made a mistake - it took 2 months to get that money returned. Then, when I missed a one-week window of time to make full payment for a discount, they refused to make any concessions (even tho I paid in full 2 weeks later). Find another agency."

"I have had the worst experience with this insurance agency!!!! The only reason they get one star is because you have to do at least one. I have had an ongoing issue with my homeowners policy since Feb. Here it is the end of May and the only reason I got a response today is because I called THEM! The agent claims she didn’t get emails I sent (which they show as sent to her) They said they were going to suspend my payment until the situation was corrected and today I go into my account and there is a debit from them for $400. The agent did not contact me before hand to tell me the issue had been corrected so this was a shock. When I talked to her she was uncaring and cold. I have been with them for a while and my payments are always on time. I feel the customer service I received during this ordeal was subpar to say the least. This place does not value its clients and their rates are ridiculous. I will be going somewhere that values it’s customers."
