"Dispatcher made mistake on a load that needed to pick up asap. we booked at 9:52am. dispatcher told us driver was empty ready to go, just had to get to truck. 45 minutes later, when driver was supposed to be at the shipper, the dispatcher advised he made a mistake and booked a truck that already loaded. We understood. Things happen. He then tells us he has another truck ready to go in same city and can pick up our load in 30-45 minutes, he told us "Truck has been dispatched." at 10:55am. Very hot load we need truck asap (only reason we booked them in the first place). Then at 11:24am we ask how far away is the driver. Dispatcher responds "driver waiting for lyft" to get to his truck. No effort to make it right. They made it seem like we were the problem. have all emails and conversations saved."
