"It was easy to get to with parking right in front of the door. I did not have to wait long. The person working was pleasant and it only took a few minutes to ship my package."
"Ehhhhh, it's a FedEx shipping center / Warehouse. I had to go her to pickup my package because it was a Signature Required for Delivery. The place was empty when I arrived around 4:30pm, but the parking lot was packed. The guy who came out from the locked door after I Loitered around for about 3 minutes was helpful and did his questions / job cheerfully. Actually answered some questions after I a joy of a time figuring out where my package went and if it was there or at the Walgreens I had requested it get held to. Either way, it's clean, easy to find, and decent neighborhood."
"After missing a package delivery that required a signature I contacted FEDEX to go over my options to get the package. After over an hour on the phone (most of the time on hold) I was told that they put a hold on the package and that a delivery attempt would be made on the next Monday. I proceeded to get the text message updates of that delivery over the weekend and into Monday when the text said it was out for delivery. I didn't receive the package on Monday, called on Tuesday and was told that I either had to pick it up at FEDEX or it was being returned that day. Customer service had record of the call I was on the week before but no idea why I was getting texts messages saying the package was being delivered on Monday and why I was told that. Very frustrating company to try and work with, I would not recommend doing so if you can avoid it."
"I was able to intercept a time-sensitive package that was a day late (due to the Nor' Easter) at this location very easily. The lobby is small and the carpet was pretty dirty from snow tracking in an out. I did not have to wait long and the desk clerk who helped me was kind and courteous."
