"2-star - The friendliness of the staff was excellent, as was the process. Where they fell short was the service provided. I wanted an envelope 2-day shipped to a PO Box. The service suggested, by them, was FedEx. After a two (2) week process, the package was finally delivered (FedEx apparently can't deliver to PO Boxes). I understand things happen, but if you are going to provide a third-party shipping service, the personnel and/or software should understand the rules for picking what service. Original Update: The owner called, apologized, and offered a refund; I appreciated the sentiment and explicit ownership of the mistake. 4-star for the shipping oversight."

"Don't go here if you want to send a fax. In fact, don't use any PakMail location if you need to send faxes. I went to the Plainfield location a week ago to send a fax and assumed it went well. Turns out the recipient never received it. I went there again today to send it but now their machine is broken. "Oh well, things happen I guess" I thought. They kindly recommended I go to the Knapps Corner location (this one) to try to resend it there. I tell them what happened when I arrive their and they tell me that they are related in name only and therefore can't honor any warranties on service from the other location. I must add they were extremely rude about this and really made me feel like a bad person for even asking. Of course, I end up having to pay full price to send the fax anyway, all the while being made to feel like an ingrate for even asking that they resend it for free. Worst part: Cost per page of fax is $1 (ONE DOLLAR). That's crazy expensive for a service that costs them cents per page. Don't go to Pakmail if you can at all avoid it. Fedex and UPS locations offer much lower cost faxes (often $0.10 per page) and they're actually nice about it too."
