"This companyGlobal Interiors was contacted through Lowes to build an addition to a deck in our back yard. The contract was written by Lowes on March 13th. My husband kept going to Lowes every day like it was his job because nothing was being started except for 4 holes with a post in it. Lowes kept calling this contractor. The wood was delivered in April. My husband found that the would was split in places and had other things wrong. He kept calling so they could come get this would and replace. It took my husband to call the Lowes headquarters to get in touch with them. They came out the next day and picked it up. Would was not delivered again until the end of June. They told my husband they would begin work 7/2/17 but did not come until 7/10/17. Took 2 weeks to complete deck. Now the boards are too far apart. Suppose to be 1/8 of an inch they are 1/4 of an inch wide, they care giving my husband a hard time about fixing the problem. I will give them till this Friday 7/23/17 then I am going to the problem solvers. I would not purchase any thing or have Global Interiors to do anything in your home for you because you will not be satisfied. As far as owes is concerned they need to get another contractor."
