"Don't go work here. They'll spend more on gas money than you'll make. 17 an hour is worthless when they send everybody home after a couple hours. They have absolutely 0 respect for the people who work for them, Time."

"FedEx lies, they make excuses, and they don’t care how it affects you. They stated they attempted to deliver my packages 3 times, which didn’t require a signature, but I never encountered them nor did it need a signature so they were supposed to leave it at the door. They didn’t do so. I called customer service and they said they were going to have it reshipped, they didn’t. I then called again and they told me I had to pick it up from a location. MAJOR inconvenience, I didn’t pay for shipping to pick it up. I go to pick it up at the location, and they could only locate one of the two packages. I spent at least 30 minutes here, I’m pretty sure almost an hour. Nobody did anything. I’m still here waiting and people are trying to tell me I’m in the wrong. Fed ex, you suck, and everyone knows it."

"I enjoy working for FedEx. It's a physical job and it's got me into a much better shape health-wise. With the exclusion of one manager I love working for this place. The pay and benefits are great. You just have to be willing to work."

"Very disappointed. I was told on Thursday my package would be held until Monday when I could come and pick it up. I was going out of town for the weekend. Thursday was the last day it would be help. It was then returned on Saturday without notifying me. I drove to the location, only to find that my package was in route back to the sender. I was given 2-3 excuses why it was returned, none of which i feel were valid. I will never use FedEx to ship anything."

"They delivered a gigantic mirror in a box broken in pieces. They actually did that twice. I had to bring them myself back to the shipping location on 4 Mile. Then yesterday I found my box of a pr of shoes in a plastic bag next to my trash can by the road about 100 ft from my house. I thought someone had thrown their garbage there. I've never had any one leave a package like that .very strange. They did not even attempt to go down my driveway to leave the package in a safer place or by my house."
