Cubs Den

"I love the South Bend Cubs and never thought I'd leave a lsee than positive review but here goes. The lady in the team store is not a good representative of the team or the organization. I was told by multiple staff members that I could get a SB cubs patch put on a jacket so I purchased the jacket and when I brought it in this morning the lady inside told me they can't do it and offered me no alternatives. Simply washed her hands of me in 10 seconds and shrugged me off. Apparently I was interrupting her phone browsing. I love the SB Cubs organization but I won't be spending anymore money at the Cubs Den thanks to her."
