"It seems that when other reviewers claimed that they are rude, especially if there was a problem with the item, it is true. We bought a bunch of different lights for a remodel and two pieces didn’t match like they were suppose to. When I walked into the store and I saw the woman that sold them to me, she was very cold to me. When I came back later with the lights she coped an attitude and told me they ordered me a replacement (I found out soon after that was a lie because the store manager told me so). We have bought many lights here and were planning on going back and buying two very expensive mirrors there, we will not be back. Small businesses can’t afford to treat customers like this, but it’s also obvious they don’t care."

Also the store has a great selection of beautiful lamps, lighting fixtures, all types of bulbs, and shades. I definitely recommend Brise Electrical."

"Went to this lighting store to see if they had a bathroom light that I am looking for. They closed at 6 and I was rushing from work to try to get there. When I walked in I said “I know you you close at 6, I just want to see if you have the bathroom light I’m looking for”. There were 3 people there and two of them said several times they close in 10 minutes (I was aware). When I went over to the bathroom lights the woman proceeded to turn them off. I was shocked. After a moment I turned and headed for the door and said “I guess I won’t look then, it’s unfortunate since the last project I did I had such a good experience here”. The older man started telling me that they close in 7 minutes. I told him I was aware. He said and I quote “ we have to be out of the building at 5 to 6. The government says we have to be out by then” I responded with a bit of a laugh and said “the government tells you that? Really?!” He said “Yes, they will fine us!” This was my last experience with Bros lighting. I have recommended so many people there in the past. That won’t happen again. I love supporting small business and am still looking for a bathroom light, unfortunately this small business won’t get anymore of my money."
