"They arrived when I was told. They wanted to look around at everything to be moved so Ryan could make a plan. They wrapped all furniture with moving blankets & put cellophane wrap around to hold blankets in place. They were responsive to any suggestion I may have had. Ryan was showing & explaining the forms & signatures on the phone to co-worker Jaden, as he was training him. Wonderful experience."

"Where do I begin? Not enough space to write all the things that went WRONG. Hired them to help us move recently, and the amount of damage to my items is unbelievable. Grease on mattresses, deeply scratched table, scratched up dresser, dropped my kitchen table, dropped my brand new microwave, put the bed together wrong, and it COLLAPSED a few nights later, broken tower fan, broken floor lamp which they then tried to hide it by putting the lamp stand in my outdoor shed, broke/bent two doors trying to get my furniture out, and then in the new place, and more! One of the movers was brand new, first day on the job. He ended up even falling in my kitchen, and that's when they dropped my table! The manager was notified by the other mover about the grease and fan, I found the rest later. I called three times, finally talked to the initial guy, Tre, and he then had the 'owner' Jonathon call me. He was empathetic, said he would make it right, and then NOTHING. I texted him pictures, which he ignored. I called a few days later, no call back. They are not going to do anything about the damage they caused, even though they agreed to at least replace my tower fan initially. I reported to the BBB, and they informed me they are waiting for a response, but I'm not holding my breath. This company is NOT BBB endorsed, and I am not even sure if they are insured at this point. These are just a few pics of some of the damage. The mattress is worse on the side, but I couldn't move it enough to get the rest of the grease smear. The plastic cover was their temporary solution so I could put the sheets on without ruining them with grease/dirt. I can't stress enough to STAY AWAY from these movers, and I cannot understand ANY of these 5 star reviews. If this happened to us, it can happen to you. Hire someone else!"
