"Left me waiting for 2 hours without checking in before leaving the area. Then made excuses for the negligence and The pay in the office was rude, combative and hung up on me, the whole time cutting me off. The lady who was picked up with me was also dropped off timely which means i was purposely left. Jonathon is a really great guy, wink wink and corky in the office is even better."

"I had use this one for at least 15 years. Had a few issues with some drivers. But requested for them not to be my driver again. But the needle that brings me the haystack was my mobility has gotten worse over time and I was no longer able to climb in to back of the van. So my doctor wrote out a letter stating that it was best for me to sit in front seat. I sent a copy of it to the owner. And she called me and came unglued. Yelling at me like I was a child. I am 51 years old, not a child! And when I won't bring myself down to her leave she even got more frustrated. So let's say I am looking for new transportation. She is rude and definitely not professional. Won't recommended her to anyone."

"Never again. Rude and van smelled like spoiled milk and a diaper. Just aweful. Told be about 10 minutes to grab my prescriptions. Left me to go shopping with her mom riding with driver. Waited 30 minutes to come back and get me. Told office of situation. Didn't really seem to care. Loud and inconsiderate."

"Had 4 rides with them so far. The van was always clean, the driver was always on time, when I called back to be picked back up I was always giving the time which she would be back to pick me up. No BS from them like other driving companies do. Will continue to ride with them because I know I will be on time for my appointments and not be late or miss my appointment."
