AT&T Store

"This review was a long time in the making, but at this point AT&T has successfully burned any bridges they have. I went to this store 17 months ago and started a AT&T account under their promotion that they would give 1000 dollars off if i turned in a Samsung galaxy device. THIS AT&T STORE said that AT&T corporate would send the boxes needed to send to AT&T for the credit to apply. apparently they never put in the order for AT&T to send the trade in kit because it never came. I have been talking with AT&T cooperate for the past 14 months and i get the same spin about how they will escalate a case and respond later, and when they respond they would send a trade in kit so i can get the credit. about a month after i got the account, i went to this store to see if they could help, but i got told "You already signed the contract, why should we help?" today AT&T Corporate proved that they have no intention on honoring any of their deals. i highly recommend at this point that nobody go to this company for phone service."

"Unprofessional! Stopped by a couple weeks ago. They REFUSED to let anybody inside the establishment! The air quality outside was EXTREMELY UNHEALTHY due to hundreds of wildfires in Canada. I have breathing issues, they did NOT care. If you work on commission you SHOULD treat customers better and represent this business in a better light. Never had an issue in the past. I’ll be going to corporate for now on, and discussing this interaction as well."
