"The owner/management were so considerate of my needs and willing to work with me. I had ordered a treadmill and then within a week of it arriving was told by doctors I needed hip surgery for an injury, so I could no longer use my brand new treadmill. Brock (the manager/owner) was so understanding and let me trade in my new treadmill for a stationary bike that I could use for my rehab process. They worked with me to schedule the delivery/exchange for once my surgery was complete and I was able to be present for the delivery. Thank you to the team who installed both my treadmill and bike, and thank you to Brock for helping me get the equipment I need for recovery!"

"I went in your store in Sunday afternoon. There was a person at the desk on his phone. After playing with the machines for a while he finally greeted me. I have been interested in purchasing a functional trainer and have done plenty of research. When your sales guy asked why I was there I told him am interested in purchasing one. Only hoping he would be a salesman and find out more about might needs and just push me in to buying today. Just be a salesman! He said” well if you need any help I’ll be over here watching the game” he then went back and sat down at the desk. had he showed me some features, advantages, benefits or tried to sell me anything I most likely would have bought one and spent much more than I planned. If I didn’t want any help I would just shop online at home.."
