"This place is hit or miss. They have a few people who know what they are doing but then they have young people working there that know absolutely nothing about pools or spas and don’t have any adult around that actually knows their stuff. If you are going to pay high prices for the same chemicals that you can get anywhere else for a 3rd of the price I would expect employees that are trained. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are in need of actually assistance and guidance."

"In-stock when I need something...great knowledgeable staff..friendly...water test results on point Need to edit... Yes they are busy this time of year so we thought skip the line and order on line as advertised then they can pick the order at convenience for them. Drove after work to pick up 3in tabs and shock I didn't place the order someone else did but had full trust they would get it right.. Only had 3in tabs to pick up when I got home the one who placed order said where's the shock...they already booked the 250 dollar charge. Called went back the next day picked up the shock. A day later we are being charged for the shock..again. Busy or not this service is supposed to lesson the burden on all parties. Leslies failed here big time. At 9am I'll Callander he ain't gonna like what I have to say and how I say it You theses days can buy every pool chemical online...test strip have become super reliable. Ill order thru Amazon or visit another pool store. It's one thing to goof up an order which didn't anger me at all..but charge double when YOU do screw it up is a deal breaker for me. Leslies needs to hire more competent people to manage and run a store. Plenty of unemployed these days take the time put in the effort and find people who can do the job."
