After getting tired of house balls, Aaron helped me pick out a great starter reactive ball at a reasonable price which included the sizing, drilling, and inserts. Even after starting with two fingers and then wanting to switch to three fingers, he was great at helping me get the right spanse and drilling my thumb hole(and re-drilling again when I didn't take into account my thumb expanding depending on the time of day). Finally, was ready to upgrade to a ball that he doesn't carry onsite, and he was able to order it for me and sell it at a reasonable price that again, included the sizing, drilling, and inserts! And knowing what we learned from my first ball, he helped really nail down the fit, and it's perfect!
