"Nice, neighborhood center for parties, celebrations of life, and such. It's also where people in this district go to vote. Nice playground for the kids and a kitchen where you can prepare food. I'm not sure if the cost to rent it. In the summer, they have neighborhood concerts in Virginia Park, which is right there."

"Mattman center Do they clean after each rental? Because there was no way anybody swept. The floors had Doritos and balloon strings and zip ties on them The bathroom was toilet plugged. The kitchen sink in the counters work dirty. There where no trash bags so we had to go buy some. Every window in corners has spider webs like it hasn't been wiped down in 6 months. It was frustrating I had to clean before we set up. The hall is a great place and value for renting. But the cleaning lacks."
