"Scheduled a delivery for Wednesday between 2-6! Called at 630 to see if the order would be delivered was told yes it’s going to be delivered that day! Not delivered, woke up to tracking stating it was delivered! Called to advise I did not get my delivery and was given the run around driver ran out of hours had to turn back around blah blah blah! Was told it would deliver today between 2-6 got here at 8pm and guess what the driver told the truth they delivered it to the wrong address previous day and had to go back and get it! Seriously why lie to me? Not a trustworthy company if they can’t be accountable for their errors and admit it to the customer! What a joke!"

"Anyone looking to work here, know that they’ll want you to do a background check, drug screen, and take a physical at their doctors. Which is fine, but they make the prospective employee pay for it, and it’s not cheap"

"Very poor product and time management. Held my package for two weeks without notifying me that another carrier dropped it off and they were supposed to deliver it. Stayed home and entire day to wait for delivery over l once I knew it was coming and they never showed. Called them numerous times and was finally told that the driver was out of driving hours that he would be here in the AM the next day. AM came and went. No delivery. Not until like 330."

"Package delivered to them 5/25 0800. They called to to arrange delivery 5/26 1515. They want to deliver 5/27 or 28. Why the 30 plus hour delay in notification. I would have picked it up on 5/25 since I was in TC all day. But my son made the 100 mile round trip on 5/26 and brought it to me. So they were paid for holding and a phone call."
