"Ordered the hot honey magnifico last week, and really liked it so ordered it again for my birthday today. Super disappointed, tasted no hot honey, had to remind them when we picked up about extra sauce we ordered since we never get them when we order delivery. Called to let them know that we weren't happy and the lady was rude and argumentative. Lost our business for sure today."

"Marcos pizza is absolutely fantastic. The sauce doesn't bother my stomach, staff sometimes on the phone are a bit sharp, but the owner is awesome. However, holiday hours aren't really specific. We are wondering about getting pizza on Christmas Eve. Guess we will see."

"Ordered online and redeemed a reward of $10.00 off from my order history. This did not apply to my balance. I called and they told me to take care of it when picking the order up. When speaking to the staff in person they were rude and unhelpful. Admitting the app has had this issue. But then in the next breath saying that people are taking advantage of it and lying about thier coupons. As if I was lying. What is wrong with the service industry these days. Very unhelpful, rude. I will not be ordering from this company again."

"Ordered pizza, waited and waited for delivery. Called to verify, they changed my order to pick up. Had it sent for delivery. They got lost. Called again, this time the girl was rude. Paid for cold pizza that was over an hour late. Not very happy. Couldn't refund me because a paid with a card. Very bad business practice. First and last time for me."
