"I've bought two road bikes, a stationary bike and gear galore from Breakaway in Grand Haven. The stationary bike is 15 years old and still kicking. Their customer service is top-notch. Last summer I called with a damaged tire just before closing. They stayed till I got there and fixed it on the spot. I can't say enough good things about them."

"This morning my shoe would not clip into my pedal, so I stopped in to see if it could be repaired or replaced. After the owner worked on it for 15-20 minutes, I was ready to give up and purchase new pedals. He would not give up and kept saying Shimano pedals last forever. He finally took it off and used compressed air to dislodge a tiny bit of sand from the pedal. It worked perfectly and I was on my way with no charge. He lost the sale of a new set of pedals, but he gained a happy customer forever."
