"I chose this company because of the high rating, and indeed my driver was on-time and helpful. But the ride to and from my doctor (11 miles away) cost $150. The pricing on the web site is misleading. When I asked them about the cost, they showed they charged me both a base fare (about $37) AND a "minimum fare' of $45. I explained that since my base fare did not reach the minimum, I should have been charged the minimum fare of $45 each way. Instead they added the base fare to the minimum fare to come up with a total of about $75 each way. When I questioned them about this they refused to acknowledge any billing error or offer any resolution. Please be aware you will be charged $45 on top of your base fare. They should call this a mandatory fee instead of a "minimum fare". Just use this company at your own risk."
