"If you a truck driver, stay away from this company. Don’t waste your time and money. Our driver spent 2 hours to secure a load and we received a call from broker that the shipper is not satisfied with driver and they cancelled the load and didn’t even want to pay TONU(100 miles deadhead + time spent to secure the load). They will call you stupid with no reason. If they don’t like anything about the way you secure the load , they will not even try to give you some instructions or advise. Unprofessional people and company!"

Being a owner operator you have to work not go home every day, pick good loads, keep up with maintenance, keep up with paperwork, and etc. Your work ethics determines your worth. "***Owner Operators Read before leasing on: We have two trucks we brought on with UACL out of Atlanta. This was by FAR the very worst company we have ever run with. There is absolutely no work. There is literally only one above board, honest person working there - Chris Lawrence. Other than him, be prepared for lies and scams one after another, Every week we were calling from agent to agent trying to get work for two drivers. The primary agent we were with would literally lie every day, would not process paperwork for pay timely etc. We have deposits per week of as little as $0 or $278… we have had a $6300 deposit only to be reduced after deductions to $2300 for two trucks. And that was only after reviewing settlements line by line for errors because of ongoing issues and a bonus payment. And regarding their bonus structure there is absolutely no way to get the bonus after the 1st one with no work as they are based on $$ brought in. We have communicated on the issues with everyone we can speak to and repeatedly. No one listens, and nothing happens. I don’t expect to see this company operating in Ga much longer. The first agent they assigned us to left within a week. We never got paid for the loads we ran for him because he had the original paperwork turned into him. Next agents are smoke blowers aka tell you every week the work is coming to string you along or to save their butts for loads that have to come out of the rail yard but otherwise you never hear from them. If it were up to me, they would have zero stars - if you are an owner/operator you can’t run fast enough from this company."

"Me personally my experience wasn’t so bad it’s easy and the fleet manager Alicia is pretty sweet woman and very helpful but they hired alot of drivers so it wasn’t wrk to maintain so I had to leave but it’s not a bad job communication is not all that good but it’s a job."
