"I've attempted to use this service TWICE. The first time, when I called after 5 on the THE NIGHT BEFORE, to ensure I had a ride, I was informed that they weren't coming. About 20min. L8R. someone called me back, informing me she would be there. Then, she actually took me to the wrong address, didn't have time to correct the error & actually left me standing there, in 20f weather, for me to fend for myself in getting a ride back home. I'm 65 & that was really hard on me. The next time, they just completly blew me off. Damaging my creditability w/the medical institute I was to be @. NEVER AGAIN!!! THEY ARE A JOKE."
"Left my daughter and her 2 yr old stranded after she had a schedule pick up."
"So far I'm getting to my destination an hour earlier than needed in the am, then today the bus was 38 min late to pick me up and couldn't reach either the Fenton or the flint office. Wouldn't recommend them after this horrible experience in customer service."
"We really appreciate the service provided but we really need to do something about how long you are on hold. I am instructed to call every Friday and can't more than a week in advance. When I call, I've never been on hold for less than 15 minutes and have been on hold as long as 45 - 60 minutes. I am starting to time each call with my phone and keep track. When I'm on the phone with them I work very hard to be brief. So when I'm first in the cue, is there a person on the line the full 20 minutes that I was waiting? Everything else about this service is great. I travel a lot and most cities have a phone app or a way to do this another way. The automated system you use takes a long time to attempt to get it all inputted correctly. Can I help in some way? Can we get this a little more stream lined? Can we improve?"
