"I had several Amazon returns, one of the returns required me to have my own box. I had a box with me but it wasn’t big enough for the item I needed to return. The owner went out of her way to magically cut the box I had and was able to use it for the return! It was amazing and completely unnecessary on her part but extremely helpful. I truly appreciated her kindness."

"I truly had an incredible experience two days in a row at this location. I had been making an end grain cutting board for my manager as a Christmas gift from the district for several days with 3 hours of sleep in two days as I wanted to be sure he recieved it before our virtual Christmas party as we live in several states. I arrived just as they were locking the doors as I was finishing the board at the last minute. I explained how important it was that the board would arrive in time and they opened the doors to let me in. The owner Christine and her staff were very empathetic, friendly, and fun. She took the time to educate me on the shipping options and explained that it would not go out until 5pm the next day and that if I wanted I could come back the next day which would allow me time to wrap it how I wanted to and build a stand for it as I explained I ran out of time to do that. This was a blessing as it allowed me enough time to engrave it with all of our names although I was last minute again the following day trying to finish the stand but did not finish. When I came in the second day Christine and her staff were excited to see me and help me accomplish my goal of getting what I worked so hard on to my manager in time. I'm so used to being told I need to pay for 2 feet of tape and service from people that can't wait to go home. Christine and her staff truly enjoy helping their customers and getting to know them beyond why they are in the store."
