"This is the 1st time I have ever used any bus service and it was great!! Randy my driver was polite, friendly, personable and helpful. The Niles Dial A Ride punch cards are the way to go!! You don't need to carry cash and you get $11 worth of rides for $10 and they never expire!! Great experience!! Will definitely use next time I need a ride somewhere!!"
"Between 3 and 4 stars really. Though I have never ridden myself, my kids have often. They run behind time almost always, so tell them to pick you up and drop off way earlier than you actually need. On the plus side, they have one driver that is honest and trustworthy. My son lost an expensive school calculator on his bus but was sure it was lost elsewhere. This driver found it and made sure it was returned. Thank you."
