The UPS Store

"This is the nicest UPS store that I have ever been to. I go there at least once a week, and every single member of the staff is always so kind even when I have a high volume of packages. They Go above and beyond and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!"

"This UPS store would not take my package because it was insured for more than $1,000 like most electronics. Keep in mind that they let me wait in the long line holding a big heavy box and then told me that. Absolute horrible customer experience. She said I could take to a UPS staffed facility (not the UPS store??) or give to a UPS driver (but not at the UPS store??). Avoid this place at all costs unless you have cheap chinese junk to return to amazon. Any shipments worth money take to FedEx."

"Both my spouse and I on separate occasions have received rude service at this location. We are both kind and typically don't have these kind of issues so I know it's not us. Both times we received rude service was when we were returning amazon packages. We both felt as if the person was being rude and acting overly annoyed because it was amazon returns. Mind you, we don't hardly have amazon returns we may have a few a year. I would like to say we will avoid this location in the future but it's the only location in Niles and we shouldn't have to avoid the place because a few workers (maybe one) is upset that this is apart of their day to day, which we shouldn't be lashed out at which is outside of our control.."

"I Have a box here and I can do things with this address I can't with a P.O. box. I live 700 miles away, but work 10 miles away and it's so convenient having this address because I'm at work 99% of the time. But the real 5 stars goes to the employees here. They are so nice and professional."
