"We loved this hike. It goes through a pine woods and then the old log cabins and then along the rocky lakeshore. Very flat and the paths are mostly wide and clear, except in a few spots. Beautiful view of the lake. Only one other car in the lot that holds at least 6 cars. Highly recommend this relaxing walk.!"
"Absolutely beautiful park with a lot of great trails that go alongside the water. Spent about two hours walking and we didn't even finish, had to turn back before it got dark. Lots of old buildings with markers showing the history of the location. The only negative is that the wrong address is listed, you need to take Toft Drive which is a blink and you'll miss it gravel driveway. They should add a road sign noting the park. No cost for entry but only four parking spots"
"I walked the trail on the morning of January 24th shortly after a light dusting of snow which added to the beauty of this nature area. I was surprisingly the only person there, so I was able to take plenty of time to enjoy the quiet, the sights and take in the spectacular dolomite cliffs on the shores of Moonlight Bay. Even saw two swans. A must see!"
"My dog took me for a walk through this wildlife area . what a great place to just walk stop and listen. I do have a question though I found a meta box back in . I parked on a small parking lot on the south side walked through the woods to the north side of the peninsula close to the Shoreline I'm wondering if anybody can tell me what it is or what it was used for"
"We really enjoyed walking around this SNA. It has good history, beautiful woods and views of water, historic buildings, some old growth trees, and easy walking trails. Be sure to watch for Toft Point Rd as your driving down Ridges Rd, it'll be a small easy-to-miss gravel driveway on your left. Small parking lot. About 3/4 mile down the trail you will start to see some historic buildings. There aren't any bathrooms."
