"If i could give negative stars i would. The Bus drivers don't need to be driving the busses and putting kids in danger/people that they pull out in font of . I've seen way to many times the busses pulling out in front of on coming cars . And pulling out on a busy highway when traffic is coming on both sides almost getting TBoned ."

"I have had on going problems with Dean Transportation. I have a 3 year old that has underlying health issues that make PPE very important. He ended up with a bus driver that despite mandates, TCAPS, NorthEd, Dean Transportation or Federal policy could not manage to comply with masking. If he did wear a mask it was under his chin or nose. From September to December holiday break. He was also just about rudest guy. I ran this up the chain of command and was extremely disappointed in the outcome. I couldn’t believe that after moths of this he still has a job. They would not take him off the route. I can not switch which program my son is in because he drives for all of them that my child would qualify for. There were also timing issues like 25 minutes late on a 20 degree day without notifying us. We can’t wait inside and see the bus where I live. It was a terrible experience. I hope to never have to deal with that man again. It’s so unfortunate because the driver Jerry from the year before was the kindest man. This year one terrible driver, a rude dispatcher, a supervisor that was very slow to return calls or emails and never did anything satisfactory to resolve the issues…. Ruined my whole outlook on this company. I truly hope that the only reason that man still has his job is due to being short staffed… What a terrible experience. I definitely would not recommend putting your special needs child in their care. Especially a non-verbal 3/4 year old. Just terrible."

"I had to fight to get them to come down my road because it's a private road. I cut out trees took out stumps brought gravel in. We plow we grade it and for 5 yrs all is great. Every single bus driver said how much better our road was than the county roads. Now all of a sudden new bus driver and oh we aren't coming down your road anymore!!!! And when I ask to talk to the supervisor Tracy they say well have Tim call you. No CALL back. So I take her down a 1/4 mile to get on bus and what happened? A car decided they weren't waiting and goes around. I am furious with this company. She is in a wheelchair and should be picked up door side not road side. I will fight. "Dean Transportation provides my son's transportation to school and I could not be happier with them! The driver and the aide on his route (Shirley and Steve) are incredibly kind and thoughtful and he now calls them his friends. Anytime that I have had to call their office I have been greeted with nothing but kindness and professionalism. I would 200% recommend them for anything!"

"The bus driver for my daughter while mapping the route went two-tracking through trees instead of coming down my driveway. Did damage to my tool shed. Ok, I was irritated but it wasn't so bad. Until I went in the house and he left. He smashed the whole side of my brand new truck on the way out of the drive and never stopped at all. Then I ended up fighting to get Dean to pay for repairs. I got a lot of the runaround and they refused to give me a new driver. The driver was never even disciplined, they said you cant always tell when you hit something. Seriously? Schools need to put the busing back into their districts."
