"NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN !! Did warranty work on my 54'' snow blower put on new sprocket shim it and welded to the shaft' The blower fan stop working was not tighten and now I HAVE TO PAY FOR ONE!! When i called Northland i talked to a lady of what they DID sand SHE SAID I DID IT! They should of put ALL NEW PARTS ON!"

"I rarely give 5 stars, I usually only write these reviews to warn people about my bad experiences with a business, but at this place, I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with them and I'd recommend them to anyone!!! Long story, short short version... I have rented things from most everyplace around the area and the prices are all roughly around the same but a lot of the other places try to nickel and dime you. Example, one place I usually rent trailers from wanted $500 for delivery plus like $5 per chain, $3 per chain binder, trailer rental, etc. all per day. That's just too petty for me... I stopped into Northland and talked to Ryan about renting a skidsteer. He talked me into renting a bigger machine which turned out to be the right decision. They delivered the machine for a very reasonable price, nowhere near $500+ dollars lol! During the time I was renting the machine, I had a couple issues with one of the tracks which was nobody's fault and they were out there the next day, both times to fix it and they gave me extra days to finish my hours on the rental which I thought was more than fair. Now, I gotta say I was a little worried when it came time to return the machine because there were some scratches on it but they weren't too worried about it and seemed more interested in making sure I was a happy costomer which I am!!! The employees I met were pretty friendly and RYAN made me feel very comfortable during the duration of the rental. I will be renting through Northland from now on!!!"

"I ordered a snowblower for my x304 lawn tractor over the phone. Dan was my contact. He was very helpful. He figured out what parts I needed, ordered everything and called when everything arrived. When I went to pick it up everything was ready to go and they loaded it onto my truck with a forklift. Just an easy, smooth transaction. By the way, the snowblower is AWESOME!!! So much easier than my walk behind blower. I didn't order the electric lift and find the foot lift easy and fast. Anyhow, I'm a very satisfied customer both with this dealer and my purchase."

"The first experience I had here was on a Saturday. The hours posted online said they were open. I drove 20 minutes out of the way to find the place closed, yet the sign in the door said they should be open. That was strike 1. Several days later I was able to drop off my snowblower tire. My wife went to pick it up the next day and had a horrible experience. She waited for over 20 minutes just to get help. There was only 1 girl trying her best to help my wife and another customer. Meanwhile, six different men stood around and watched. One even went so far as to complain when the female employee asked for his help. That was strikes 2 and 3. Never again will I go back there for anything."
