"Dr. Norwick is one of the nicest guys I know. Okay so I lost my retainer getting ready for prom and he graciously gave me a "prom discount" just because he's genuinely a nice guy. The braces process was really quick with him. I also really loved all the staff and how they treated me. Overall I've had a great experience there! But little does he know I lost my retainer again...
