"This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The jeweler was supposed to fix my engagement ring but instead he took advantage of me in the process. He made my wedding band and engagement rings look like they are from a bubble gum machine. He shaved off a lot of the gold from my rings and now they are so small I can barely get them on and off. The beautiful detailing that was originally on the bands is now a cheap looking pressed design that barely resembles the original design. I am disheartened and feel like I have been robbed. read less"
