"Great experience buying our trailer. When heading home from a long trip, the wheel studs sheared off the trailer on the expressway. Trailer only had about 500 miles on it at best. Went back to buy replacement parts and discuss what had happened and was told I had to talk to the one person in parts. Was pretty much ignored after that. Placed several follow up phone calls without a call back. Finally had to buy replacements elsewhere. Went to Casco rental. They ended up just giving them to me despite offering to pay for them. Kind of felt like this has happened to before to other customers because no one would even talk to me about it."
