"i recently special ordered a roof and bike rack for my car and decided to install them myself, i got the roof rack on by myself but struggled with the bike rack. i called the store and talked to jake who told me they would install it for free even though i purchased it 2 weeks ago. i dropped my car off when latitude opened in the morning and when i went to pick up my car (after closed hours) i noticed that jake was installing my roof rack. store closes at 6 and he was working on it til 7:45, shows effort and i appreciated it so much will be coming back again as i am local!"

"Knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff. We enjoyed our rental experience so much we ended up renting bikes 3 days out of the 6 we were vacationing in Petoskey!
