"Jenny and Julie are Great! Had an incident Dec 2023 in Florida whereas someone ran into our truck in the Lowes parking lot. Without their help it would have taken longer to have the claim settled. Thank goodness we called the police. The person who hit us wanted us to claim it against our insurance, they helped out with that also. Then again just before leaving Michigan heading south, it happened again, but in a walmart parking lot. Police were called. Julie was called also. She advised what to do in each case scenario. They are always there for when you need them."

"Excellent insurance agency. I've been with king insurance for 4+ years now. Previous company always tried to sell me life insurance, and push for premium coverage all the time no matter what. King is very easy going, professional, and there to serve you. Not sell you on every extra add on so they can recieve more money. Great staff... Julia and Jenny in Petoskey office are great and have helped me more times than I can remember with auto, boat, side by side, motorcycle, and our home owners is through them as well when that time finally came. "I've been with king insurance for a couple years now. So happy I found them. I've been able to add coverage before even on a holiday weekend by contacting Julia personally which I garintee no other agency in my area will do. They are accessible nearly 24/7 if it's a necessity. They handle our auto,home, and other vehicles... from day one there has been an excellent inviting environment on all fronts. I came over from korthase flinn ( also based in petoskey) and am so happy to have made the switch! ... in KF insurance you have some okay people. But a majority of staff seem too busy to explain things, or answer questions. Constantly trying to push you into more coverage etc. Also had farm bureau for a small period and it was a nightmare. Constantly recieved calls from there office about how unresponsible it is not to have life insurance, or extra personal protection on my auto, when I simply couldn't afford it at that time.... Where at king they will take all the time in the world to make sure your satisfied with information, and coverage. They will let you know if something is more practical , but they wont put any upsell or put fear pressure on you. Beautiful location, beautiful people, excellent service."
