"The movie we went to was a private showing. When we walked into the theater, all the popcorn was already out for us, Along with our drink cups that we could go get our own drink. The theater was cleaned, and the movie started on time. I did make an extra trip to get some candy, The people behind the counter were fast, courteous, and friendly. If you did not know, you can rent out the theater for a private showing for your group of friends or family."

"Terrible experience at Emagine Canton. We are super loyal Emagine customers and we multiple movies per month and are Premium members. We normally go to Emagine Hartland and it’s a phenomenal theater. We had to go to this theater due to it being the only one showing Godzilla. Terrible experience, theater was trashed, popcorn and trash all over. Our food delivery was never delivered causing me to leave the movie, it still wasn’t ready 45 minutes later and we never got half of it. Additionally there was a group of people that were yelling and screaming racial slurs throughout the movie. Myself as well as a few others reported this to management and it was never addressed. Movie experience was ruined."
